About BK3

Bantay Konsumer, Kalsada, Kuryente (BK3) is a non-stock, non-profit corporation duly organized and existing under the Philippine law.

Our association aims to empower the ordinary Filipino people by advocating for consumer rights, safety of passengers and efficient road transportation, affordable and accessible electricity, people’s right to information and education, the right to ensure transparency and accountability in the government, and more importantly, the right to make our voices heard, not only on matters affecting their welfare, but those affecting the country as a whole.
